Sheketak Crew creates a fusion of mediums on one stage: sound, light, dance, rhythm in motion, hip hop, live music, video and more. The performance is a thrilling blast of energy with interactive moments, fascinating and fun for all ages.
The creations of Sheketak are influenced from 2000 years of Jewish rhythms from all over the world mixed with today's effects in sound and video technology along with popular music and rhythms of Hip Hop and Rock. All these influences are manifested together in state-of-the-art multi-media percussion numbers.

Special Performance; Israel's Rhythm, From Hora to Hip-Hop
The show from Hora to Hip-Hop is a journey of sounds, visuals, movement and theatre, full of humor, rhythm and “samples” of Israeli culture throughout. Old and familiar songs in Hebrew are transformed into new arrangements and performed by the group’s live band and percussive dancers.
Different rhythms from Israel’s ethnic backgrounds will be mixed into the show’s soundtrack, and visuals from the beautiful Israel will be projected on a big video screen as part of this celebration of sights and sounds.
Body percussion, Rhythms made with sticks, pots & pans, Tap dance meets Darbuka (Dumbek) ,Eastern rhythms, Hip-Hop dance with “Hora” moves, Rap in Hebrew, and much, much more is waiting for you in this special show. The audience also takes part in the show and is active throughout the experience- this will definitely leave you filled with energy and give you a sense of a different side of Israel’s culture.
